I hereby waive any claims against Memory Ride sponsors, or any personnel for any injury I might suffer in this event. I grant full permission for organizers to use photographs of me in legitimate accounts and promotions of this event. You must be 18 years of age to ride the 62, 100 and 125 mile option. You must be 14 years of age to ride the 25 mile. In case of unforeseen conditions that affect rider safety, the Alzheimer’s Association will make appropriate decisions as it pertains to postponing or canceling Memory Ride. All Memory Ride participants must abide by decisions regarding the operation of the Ride, including mandated delays or even cancellation. The Alzheimer’s Association will not be held liable for any participant not following these requirements.
